We cover the city of Pittsburgh and dozens of surrounding communities across Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. For standard service calls in the Pittsburgh area, we typically schedule appointments within 1–2 business days. For urgent situations — like a heating system that's completely failed in winter — we prioritize those calls and work to get a technician out the same day whenever possible.

Emergency HVAC calls are handled 7 days a week. Our response time for true emergencies (no heat, no cooling in extreme weather) is generally under 2–4 hours for most areas within our primary service zone. Areas farther from our central Pittsburgh location may have slightly longer response windows.
