East Pittsburgh Heating & AC was founded in 2013 with a single goal: give Pittsburgh homeowners a heating and cooling company they could actually trust. We started out as a small operation focused on the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh — the neighborhoods around Monroeville, Penn Hills, Turtle Creek, and the East End. Word spread quickly, and we gradually expanded our service area to cover much of the Pittsburgh metro region, including communities in Allegheny, Westmoreland, and Beaver counties.

Luca Stewart grew up in the East Pittsburgh area watching his dad fix furnaces around the neighborhood, so getting into HVAC felt like a natural move. He started out as an apprentice right after high school and worked his way up through the trade, learning every facet of residential and commercial HVAC systems before opening his own shop in 2013.
